Welcome to our engineering team Grace Diduch
Grace recently received her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. She applies her skills and technical knowledge working with the engineering team to further develop JWMS breakout machine system technology. Her creativity and passion for engineering innovative solutions will be a strong asset to our team as we build the next generation of downhole tool service machine systems.
We welcome David Labatiuk to our manufacturing team
David began his career in the downhole tool service industry with Griffith Oil Tool in 1996, assembling new breakout machines and consoles. Understanding the intricacies of the machines, he then served as a Global Service Technician. He now employs decades of breakout machine experience, including assembly, troubleshooting, repairing, commissioning and calibration, assuring Tier One quality compliance in JW manufacturing operations.
Welcome to our team Bhadresh Chaudhari!
Bachelor’s degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Technology Management, Bhadresh brings versatile technical expertise and new ideas to JWMS. Being a certified (CAPM®) by PMI, his project management skills will support our on-going and new projects. His strong mechanical aptitude and genuine curiosity will be an impactful contribution as we continue to push innovation forward at JWMS.
Specialized hydraulic pumps
In high torque, high pressure operations, wear and tear on critical parts can occur over time. When a component like a hydraulic pump on your breakout machine fails, you need to get back up and running quickly. As the designers of your breakout machine, you can be assured, our specialty hydraulic pumps are engineered to precisely fit and deliver the performance you demand. In stock and readily available for fast delivery, our pumps are designed and built to be interchangeable with the most well-known breakout machines operating today.

Is it time for annual calibration again?
Why calibrate your breakout machine? It’s required annually for certification to allow for safer, more accurate machine operation. Calibration also ensures breakout machine torque data measurement accuracy. Extend the service life and reliability of your equipment and allow for safer operation and improved workflow at your facility. Our expert technicians can take care of annually required torque calibration and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance. JWMS experienced specialists can identify potential problems and help address the repair before it results in failure, safety issues or costly down time. Call on us when you need professional, certified calibration services.
Change the way you look at things
Relying on “That is how we have always done it!” may work for an old family recipe that you never want to change, but that strategy does not apply to improving the overall efficiency of your operation. Your people are your biggest assets. Help them improve the way they work. Streamline your operations by modernizing your hardware and software interface with the new TRULOG DL2 data logger. A leap forward in data logging technology, this new system is helping customers increase productivity and accuracy in breakout operations.
We strongly believe that teamwork leads to success
We inspire and support our team. Not just here at JW Machine Systems but throughout our community at large. This is why we are happy to support our local teams. Like by being a hockey board sponsor at the 37th annual Oilmen’s Hockey Tourney in Leduc, hosted by the Edmonton Oilfield Technical Society!
Kudos to the Edmonton OTS for keeping the tradition going.
